On Friday October 10th the Securities Exchange Commission announced it will extend the comment period on Proposed Rule 151A for 30 additional days.  The extension will begin when the announcement is published in the Federal Register, which is expected no later than October 24th.  We need your help to continue to provide feedback against 151A.  There has been a great response of comments to the SEC Website to date.  2,000+ comments have been received on the SEC site so far and it continues to increase.  Over 90% of the comments have been in opposition to 151A.  If you have not submitted your comments yet, please submit your feedback by clicking below.
